You can enjoy aromas and sounds that cannot be expressed by taste alone while talking with your chef. We create a time, space and dishes that can satisfy you.

Our skilled chefs cook with all their hearts on a hot steel plate in front of your eyes using carefully selected local seasonal ingredients from Iwate. With a commitment to using ingredients produced in Iwate Prefecture, the highest quality Maesawa beef and very rare Iwate shorthorn beef are exquisite dishes. We also serve meals in the best state with a commitment to how the meat is cooked – the real pleasure of steak.
